On-Site Training

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive on-site service to our customers.

In addition to TRAINING your staff in the use of ClinicOffice, we can also assist with the INSTALLATION and SETUP of the software on your network.

Rather than following a fixed agenda for the training, experience has shown us that every practice operates differently and has their own unique requirements, so our training staff will tailor the training to suit your clinic.

The cost for an On-Site Training Day is £450* (discounted to £350* for customers who join the ClinicOffice Support Plan).

[* Prices are inclusive of travel expenses within a radius of 150 miles from our office in Boston (Lincolnshire) but we do have to charge extra if travelling further.]

Hosted Training

In addition to on-site training, we’re also pleased to offer hosted training sessions here in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Some clients prefer to send their staff to us, which gets them away from their usual chaotic (!) work place, so that they can fully concentrate on learning new skills in a more relaxed environment.

To this end, we use the excellent facilities available at the Boston Enterprise Centre…

The Boston Enterprise Centre is an impressive state-of-the-art business enterprise centre. Built in 2008, it has three air-conditioned conference rooms with a range of facilities including WiFi internet access and computer projection capabilities. We’ve found it to be an excellent venue for ClinicOffice training days.

Accomodation – Boston West Hotel


If you require accommodation for your training day(s) with us, then we highly recommend the Boston West Golf Club Hotel which is situated about one mile from the Boston Enterprise Centre [click here for directions].

On arrival guests are checked in and made to feel immediately welcome with staff on hand available 24 hours a day looking after your needs.
