We highly recommend the ClinicOffice Support Plan to all customers. Please check out the feedback that we receive for this excellent service.

Hosted customers automatically receive our premium support with their subscription. For Local Installs there is a modest monthly fee. Even if you decide not to join the Support Plan, you can still receive free email support.

Knowledgebase Articles

Our Knowledgebase should usually be your first port-of-call when you need some help.

With well over a hundred FAQ articles, there’s a good chance your problem/question has already been addressed. The articles are arranged into logical sections, plus there’s a handy SEARCH feature to find the information you need.
