Purchasing ClinicOffice is easy! You require an Initial
License for the 1st computer on which
ClinicOffice will be installed and then an Additional License
for any other PC on which the software will be used at your
clinic.

Q. If I buy
ClinicOffice, do I also have to keep making monthly or annual payments?
Absolutely not! When you purchase ClinicOffice you own the
software license for life and there are no
required monthly or annual payments.
Some other companies
sell their software on a 'subscription' basis which forces
customers to pay recurring charges but ClinicOffice customers don't have
that worry. We do recommend the
ClinicOffice Support Plan for a small monthly charge,
but it is entirely optional.
Q. How many licenses do I need to purchase?
For the Startup or Professional Editions, simply purchase
one license per computer on which
the software will be installed. The 'Initial License' is for
your first computer and then you pay the reduced 'Additional
License' cost for any other computers at the same clinic.
The Server Edition
is slightly different as licensing is based on concurrent users
e.g. if you buy the Server Edition with 5 licenses, you can
install the Server Edition on as many computers as you wish, but
only 5 people will be able to use the software simultaneously.
Extra licenses can always be quickly and easily
be purchased at a later date.
Q. Can I pay on account
or do you offer credit facilities?
Under most circumstances we require full payment before despatching the
software.
As a small company we simply don't have the resources to spend
time chasing overdue invoices.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (with no extra fee) and for
larger purchases we also offer a 0% Interest Free Option
to help spread the cost. Please scroll down this page for more
information.

How soon will I
receive ClinicOffice after placing an order?
You will usually receive a download link via email within minutes
so you can download the full version of ClinicOffice v4 and start using it right away!
We despatch your manual and CD in the post and it normally takes
about 2 working days for delivery (depending on Royal Mail). Please allow up
to 7 working days for overseas delivery.
Q. How do I place an
order?

Q. If I go for this option, do you perform some sort of credit check?
No. We simply setup a standing order with your bank to make the
required payments.
Q. What happens if I don't keep up the payments?
Purchasing with the interest free option requires that your computers have
an internet connection. Each time you run ClinicOffice, your
license is verified against our online servers.
If your payments are stopped then we will obviously try to
contact you to resolve it, but if the payments are not resumed
then your license will be suspended and you will be unable to
use ClinicOffice.
Q. If I choose this option, do I actually own the software?
Once the
final payment is received then you legally own your ClinicOffice
software license, but until that time the software license
remains the property of Pioneer Software.
Q. Can I pay off the remaining balance in a lump sum if I
wish to?
Certainly! We don't charge any 'early settlement' penalties or
anything like that. Once payment for the remaining amount has
been received, simply cancel the standing order and the
ownership of the license will be transferred to you.
Upgrading from Previous Versions
Customers who have been on the ClinicOffice Support Plan
for at least 3 months (or who joined the Support Plan along with their
original purchase) are eligible for a completely FREE upgrade to ClinicOffice v4.
If you're not on the Support Plan, then upgrade costs are as
follows. Also, please note that if you join the Support Plan
today, we'll still give you a 50% discount

Secure Online Backup Service Included in the Support Plan (above) we offer
a secure offsite/online backup service for your ClinicOffice
database.
There is just a one-off setup fee of £20 (to purchase the backup
software) and the monthly cost of up to 1Gb of online storage

included in the Support Plan as standard.

Online Telephone Training Sessions
Using the excellent TeamViewer service,
our training staff can connect in remotely to your computer to

Report Designing
ClinicOffice comes
with a built-in Word Processor which offers some flexibility
when it comes to designing reports. More complex reports however
