Purchasing ClinicOffice is simple! You require an Initial License for the 1^st computer on which ClinicOffice will be installed and then an Additional License for each additional computer.

If I buy ClinicOffice, do I have to keep making monthly or annual payments?

Absolutely not! When you purchase ClinicOffice you own the software license for life and there are absolutely no required additional monthly or annual payments.

Some companies provide their software on a 'subscription' basis with recurring monthly or annual charges but ClinicOffice customers don't have that worry. We do however recommend you consider joining the ClinicOffice Support Plan for a small monthly charge, but it is entirely optional.

Can I pay on account or do you offer credit facilities?

Unfortunately, we do require full payment before despatching the software. As a small company we simply don't have the resources to spend time following up overdue invoices.

As regards credit options, we do accept all major credit cards (with no extra fee) and for larger purchases we now also offer a 0% Interest Free Option to help spread the cost. Please scroll down this page for more information.

How soon will I receive ClinicOffice after placing an order?

You will usually receive a download link via email within 10-15 minutes which means that you can download the full version of ClinicOffice v4 and start using it right away!

We'll also despatch your manual and CD in the post and it normally takes about 2 working days (depending on Royal Mail). Please allow up to 7 working days for overseas delivery.

How do I place an order?

It's easiest to call our sales team on 0845 388 6703 to discuss your requirements and place an order. We accept all major credit/debit cards and can usually get your ClinicOffice package despatched the same day.

0% Interest FREE Option

We're pleased to announce that we can now offer a 0% Interest Free Option to help spread the cost for larger purchases*.

If I go for this option, do you perform some sort of credit check?

No. We simply setup a standing order with your bank to make the required payments.

What happens if I don't keep up the payments?

Purchasing with the interest free option requires that your computers have an internet connection. Each time you run ClinicOffice, your license is verified against our online servers.

If your payments are stopped then we will obviously try to contact you to resolve it, but if the payments are not resumed then your license will be suspended and you will be unable to use ClinicOffice.

Do I actually own the software while I am still paying for it?

No, not until the final payment has been received. Once the final payment is received then you legally own your ClinicOffice software license, but until that time the software license remains the property of Pioneer Software.

Do I have the option of paying off the remaining balance in a lump sum?

Certainly! We don't charge any 'early settlement' penalties or anything like that. Once payment for the remaining amount has been received, simply cancel the standing order and the ownership of the license will be transferred to you.

Upgrading from Previous Versions

Customers who are on the ClinicOffice Support Plan get a completely FREE upgrade to ClinicOffice v4. If you're not on the Support Plan you have two options :-

Technical Support & Other Services

ClinicOffice Support Plan This is our technical support service for ClinicOffice which we strongly recommend all customers to consider. Click here for more information on the benefits of joining the ClinicOffice Support Plan.	£25 per month (single-user license) £35 per month (2-5 licenses) £45 per month (6-9 licenses) £55 per month (10-19 licenses) £75 per month (20-29 licenses) £95 per month (30+ licenses) [Prices include VAT if paid monthly by standing order, otherwise VAT will be added]
Onsite Training (inc Installation/Setup) To help you get started, we can spend a day (or two) with you on-site in order to setup the software and to train your staff in the use of the program. Please note : For on-site visits, we cover a radius of 150 miles from our head-office (in Boston, Lincs) free of charge but we do have to charge additional travel expenses if travelling further.	£450 (Discounted to £350 if on the support plan)
Report Designing ClinicOffice comes with a built-in Word Processor which offers some flexibility when it comes to designing reports. More complex reports however are best done by our technical support team.	Between £50-£100 per report depending on complexity (50% discount with support plan)
Data Conversion If you already have your patient data in a standard electronic format (e.g. CSV, Excel, Text) we can convert it to ClinicOffice for you. We may also be able to convert data from another program if you're switching to ClinicOffice.	From £100 (may cost more depending on the complexity of data to be imported)
