Testing the ClinicOffice Hosted Edition

We have setup a “Sample Database” on one of our servers so that you can try out the HOSTED Edition.

Please note that this database is hosted publicly for demonstration purposes. Please do not enter any private or confidential data as other clients might be testing it too! The sample database is reset every night.

Firstly, you need to install the Remote Desktop Connection Client program. This is a FREE program provided by Microsoft which allows a MAC to connect to a Windows Server [click here to download it].

When you run Remote Desktop, you will need to enter the name of the computer you are connecting to (also known as the “host” or “server”) as well as the username and password, as follows :-

Remote Computer: clinicofficeonline.co.uk
The SERVER Username is: demo
The SERVER Password is: clinicoffice

After connecting in, you should see a Windows Desktop. Double-click the “ClinicOffice Hosted Demo” icon to launch ClinicOffice and then simply login to the Sample Database with the following details :-

Also, as a Microsoft development company, we’re not able to offer support for non-Microsoft hardware or products.

Whatever device you are using, you must first download and install a “Remote Desktop” program to allow your device to connect to a Windows Server. Here are some good Remote Desktop programs (mostly free) for popular devices :-
