We’re proud to introduce our brand new Contact Manager software – advanced customer relationship management (CRM) for small/medium businesses.

Built on the foundation of our successful ClinicOffice software, but aimed towards businesses, Contact Manager has been designed to maximise efficiency in the area of Customer Relations, as well as to enhance staff teamwork.

As our own company grew, we became increasingly aware that we needed a simple (but powerful) database program to manage our business contacts.

We needed to keep a comprehensive database of both our customers and suppliers. Our sales team needed the ability to track sales progressions and follow up on leads, while our technical team needed to manage help desk support issues.

We tried out Sage ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce plus a few others, but nothing worked very well for us and we decided that our own ClinicOffice software could actually do a better job… Contact Manager was born!

We’re working hard on the release of ClinicOffice v5 at the moment, after which we’ll be turning our attention to Contact Manager. The program is 95% feature complete and we have been using it to run own business for a number of months now with great success.

Contact Manager should be available Q1 2012.
